On a clear dark night, the VIP is visible over 3 miles (5km) horizontally
over land or sea; 5 miles (8km) vertically from the air overhead. Wide
viewing angle. Intense colored light output. Consistent light output and
flash rate. All colored VIP Signal Lights will not affect user's night
vision.
