In addition to mirroring the lines of the larger Boa, the Baby Boa has a unique cutaway in the handle that exposes the SpeedSafe® torsion bar in order to provide a glimpse at the inner workings of the SpeedSafe® system. The aluminum handle features Kershaw's doubled-anodized "smoked" process. The handle is actualy anodized twice - once to lay down the base color; in this case, a rich red - and a second time to "smoke" the handle with black.
