KS-1725BLK Kershaw JunkYard Dog II - Plain Edge, Black Handle
The new made-in-the-USA Junkyard Dog features stainless-steel construction for heavy-duty performance. The blade is Sandvik 13C26, a stainless chromium steel that provides high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. The handle of the JYD I is 410 stainless steel for impact strength and corrosion resistance. The JYD II has lighter weight G-10 scales attached to a sturdy steel frame. A new one-handed, index-finger opening system first builds up pressure and then pops the blade up out of the handle for easy deployment by either left- and right-handed knife users. A frame lock secures the blade in place, while a removable pocket clip keeps the JYD close at hand.
